Palmetto Bank names Rock Hill officers

A South Carolina bank opening a branch in Rock Hill has announced appointments to its local leadership team. Palmetto Bank plans to move this fall into the old Carolina First building at the corner of Oakland Avenue and Wilson Street.

Bank President Andy Douglas, a Rock Hill native, says Palmetto Bank hopes to tap into the potential in sees in the downtown district. Among the officers named at the branch:

Cindi Adams joins as senior vice president. A native of Rock Hill, Adams attended Win-throp University. She has 26 years of banking experience in business development, commercial lending, small business banking and retail management.

Liz Winterburn will serve as vice president, branch manager and loan officer. Winterburn, a Spartanburg native, attended the University of South Carolina and brings 36 years of banking experience in consumer lending, business development and branch management.

Ken Luckadoo takes over as a mortgage originator. Luckadoo is a graduate of the Marquette University College of Business and the National Institute on Consumer Credit Management. He has 27 years of experience in mortgage, banking and consumer lending. Luckadoo will handle mortgage services.

Founded in 1906, Palmetto Bank manages $2.1 billion in assets including commercial, trust, brokerage and mortgage services. It has 32 locations in the Upstate, mostly around Spartanburg and Greenville.
