Ebenezer Avenue

Makayla Miller in Mrs. Jones' class and Cheyene Nivens in Mrs. Bruce's class won the $15 Target gift cards in the cookie dough fundraiser.

Jersey Mike's Night will be Tuesday evening. Proceeds will benefit the school.

The Bingo and Silent Auction Night will be held Thursday, beginning with bingo at 5:30 p.m. and silent auctions ending at 7.

Muffins for Moms will be held from 7:15 to 7:45 a.m. May 12 at the school.

Finley Road

SOS collected 85 pounds of cans for Earth Day last week. The club also will walk in the Izzy's Legacy Walk over Memorial Day weekend.

The Terrific Kid ceremony will be held at 8 a.m. Wednesday in the cafeteria.

Mothers and grandmothers are invited to a special event at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday and should RSVP with the front office.

Volunteers are needed for the Teacher Appreciation Luncheon on Friday. Contact the front office for details.

No IOUs will be given to students or teachers in the cafeteria beginning Monday.

Student dancers will present a recital for their parents and guests from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria.

Terrific Kids will be recognized at 8:15 a.m. in the cafeteria. All parents, grandparents and guests are invited to attend.

Girls on the Run members who participated in the 5K run last Sunday at Baxter Village in Fort Mill are: Kelsey Barnes, Megan Zills, Tori McDowell, Brittani Nelson, Claire Pharr, Kayla Philbeck, Lauren Philbeck, Gabrielle Mosley, Hailey Paolone, Carolyn Cagle, Emily Dinh and Alyssa Meja.

The PTO will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday.

The spring music program will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the auditorium at South Pointe High. Students in kindergarten, first and second grades will perform.
