Yearbooks are now on sale for $35.

Sullivan

Students can stock up on books this week at the BOGO Book Fair during school hours Monday through Friday in the Media Center.

Rosie's Girls for sixth- and seventh-grade female students will be held from June 16 to 27 at the Applied Technology Center. MOVER's camp for seventh-, eighth- and ninth-grade male students will be held June 9 through 13. Applications are available through Ms. Clark in the Guidance Office. Space is limited.

Travis Walker was selected to receive the Kind Acts Foundation recognition award for frequently volunteering to help and being courteous to students, teachers and staff.

Students of the Week are: Michel'le Logan, Caroline Cubbage, Kemper Fagan, Dylan Carder, Ari Brown, Nick Rhinehart, Diego Chavarria and Troy Fletcher.

York One Academy

Sixth-grader Brittany McConnell, daughter of Shanna McConnell, was recently selected as one of two York Area Optimist Club Students of the Month for April and received a plaque, Optimist Creed and $50 savings bond. She was selected for her ability to overcome her past mistakes and work toward greater achievements.

JUNIOR

York

Eighth-grader Bethany Moorefield, daughter of John and Lisa Moorefield, was recently selected as one of two York Area Optimist Club Students of the Month for April and received a plaque, Optimist Creed and $50 savings bond. She was selected for her activities in church, athletics and academics.
