Queen City appliance store to open in front of Super Bi-Lo

The store, already under construction, will be located between the supermarket and the Carmike 7 movie theater. Queen City has long operated a store at 2550 Cherry Road, near Interstate 77. The company, which sells TVs, stereos and other electronics and home appliances, has 15 locations across the Charlotte metro area. For more, read Thursday’s Herald.
