Ebinport
A barbeque benefit will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday for an Ebinport teacher and her husband who have both been diagnosed with cancer. Meals will be sold for $7 a plate, and all proceeds will help pay medical bills.
Parents of first-graders are invited to an Author's Tea at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
A third-grade group will sing for the school's business partner, Williams and Fudge, at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Cotton Factory. Parents are invited.
Field Day for kindergarten through third grades is Friday. All other grades will participate in Field Day on June 2. Parents interested in volunteering should contact the front office.

Open house will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday for all students new to Lesslie next year and their families. Lemonade will be served in the lobby and guests may tour the building and meet the staff.

Students attending Rock Hill's newest elementary school are invited to a meet and greet, 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Castle Heights Middle School auditorium, with administration, faculty and staff.
Elections for the school's first PTO officers will be held and school T-shirts will be on sale.

Students in first through fifth grades will be recognized as the second- highest scoring school in South Carolina in "First in Math" at two assemblies, 1 and 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Math Survival Camp for second- through fifth-graders will be from 8 to 11 a.m. June 16 through 19 and 23 through 26.
