Closed Friday.

Post offices

Express mail will be delivered today. No other mail delivery. Self-service centers are available in the lobbies of the Main Office and Cherry Road and Ebenezer stations.

City offices

City offices in Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, York, Clover and Chester are closed today.

Public libraries

All York County libraries are closed today, resuming normal hours Saturday

The Chester County Library is closed today and Saturday

Garbage pickup

Pickup in Rock Hill, Fort Mill, York and Clover will be normal.

Garbage pickup normally scheduled for today in Tega Cay was picked up Thursday

Friday's pickup in Chester was done Wednesday

County landfills

York County landfills and recycling centers closed today, reopening Saturday

Chester County landfill closed today, re-opening Saturday. Convenience sites will operate on regular hours today.

Offices at Winthrop University and York Technical College are closed today.
