Former York County Coroner Doug McKown was sentenced this morning to 30 days of house arrest.

Judge John Few issued the ruling in York. McKown could’ve faced a year in prison on charges he violated his probation stemming from an arrest last month in North Carolina.

McKown also must pay a $250 fine and have 30 days of electronic monitoring.
