Exit 83 on Interstate 77 south has reopened after a crash involving a semi-trailer.

No injuries were reported in the crash, which occurred at the Sutton Road exit in Fort Mill just before 2 a.m., according to the patrol.

The ramp reopened this afternoon. Cargo was being transferred into another semi.

The truck went right through the barriers in a work zone, and the patrol charged the driver with driving too fast for the conditions, according to our news partner WSOC-TV.

The truck was carrying paper. Another truck came to take the load but was unable to get the paper off because of the way the truck is positioned, and it is being unloading it by hand, WSOC reports.
