Chamber event heaps praise on Rock Hill area students, teachers

Students and teachers went home with honors Friday when the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce held its annual Education Awards Breakfast.

The chamber recognizes outstanding achievers from Rock Hill area schools and colleges.

And the winners are:
