Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m., Sunday, May 18, 2008, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, with the Rev. Bart Plaxco officiating. Entombment will follow at Sharon Memorial Park in Charlotte, N.C. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 1 to 1:30 p.m.

A native of Boone, N.C., Mrs. Teague was a daughter of the late Robert Winkler and the late Marian Norris Winkler. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and the widow of Asa L. Teague.

Mrs. Teague is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca Elizabeth and Wayne Griffin of Clover; and her sisters, Nancy Coffey and Margaret Greene, both of Boone, N.C.
