closeLAKE WYLIE -- Mr. Michael Anthony Surma, 48, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2008, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2008, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, with the Rev. Jerry Devinney officiating. Burial will be private.
A native of Greensburg, Pa., Mr. Surma was a son of Val Kettering of Greensburg, Pa. He was a loving husband and father.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife and best friend, Deb Surma; his son, Ryan Surma of Pennsylvania; his stepson, Cameron Harmston of Greensboro, N.C.; two sisters, Maureen McManus and Lisa McCready, both of Greensburg, Pa.; his grandson, Nathan Harmston; his mother-in-law, Joan Vines; and his two beloved dogs, Callie and Morgan.
The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
