closeCLOVER -- Mrs. Kathleen Anne McCallum Swann, 59, died Thursday, Aug. 28, 2008, at her home.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
A native of Washington, D.C., Mrs. Swann was a daughter of Elizabeth "Liz" McCallum of Rock Hill, S.C., and the late Daniel Wilson McCallum Jr. She was a member of the Holy Face Catholic Church in Great Mills, Md., the Piedmont Kennel Club and the Blue Ridge Havanese Club. She was formerly employed as a baccalaureate registered nurse with St. Mary's Hospital in Leonardtown, Md.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Swann is survived by her husband, Raymond F. Swann; her daughter, Kristina Elizabeth Swann of the home; her brother, Daniel Michael McCallum, MD of Homer, Ark.; and her sisters, Sharon Elizabeth McCallum of Lexington Park, Md., and Maura Jane McCallum of Rock Hill, S.C.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice & Community Care, P.O. Box 993, Rock Hill, SC 29731.
