closeINDIAN LAND -- Kara Lindsay Trimnal, 11, passed away Nov. 27, 2008, at Levine Children's Hospital. A resident of Indian Land, S.C., Kara was born in Atlanta, Ga., April 11, 1997. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Kara was a member of a Lancaster County Dream Team. She loved fishing and the outdoors. Kara's happiest moments were spent with her family.
Kara is survived by her parents, Thom and Mary Trimnal and her twin brother, Taylor of the home. Also surviving are maternal grandparents, Eddie and Teresa West and Bland and John Guthrie; paternal grandmother, Rene Trimnal; 19 uncles and aunts; and 27 cousins.
Memorials may be made to Carolina Pediatric Therapy Cooperative, 129 Hampton St., Rock Hill, SC 29730.
A private service will be held on Dec. 1, 2008. Whitesell Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
