Traenkner-Williams

The Garden Cafe, York, S.C., was the setting Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009, for the marriage of Teresa Williams and Scott Traenkner, both of York.

The Rev. Benjamin Graham officiated at the 6 p.m. ceremony. A reception followed at The Garden Cafe.

The bride, daughter of Charles and Bonnie Smith of York, graduated from York Comprehensive High School and is a realtor with Allen Tate Company, Lake Wylie, S.C.

The bridegroom is the son of Grace Johnston of The Villages, Fla., and the late Carl Traenkner. A graduate of Westminster Senior High School in Maryland, the bridegroom is also a realtor with Allen Tate Company, Lake Wylie.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Maid of honor was Sharon Hartsoe of York.

Best man was the bridegroom’s son, Caleb Traenkner.

Ushers were the bride’s son, Jonathan Williams of York and Brian Trail II, also of York. The wedding was directed by Teresa James.

The newlyweds honeymooned at Edisto Island and Charleston, S.C. They have made their home in York. http://albums.phanfare.com/orendaparkerfotoz
