Devinney-Oakes

Amanda Ray Devinney of Rock Hill, S.C., and Joshua Glen Oakes of Iva, S.C., are to be married Dec. 12, 2009, at Oakdale Baptist Church, Rock Hill.

The future bride, daughter of the Rev. Jerry and Rhonda Devinney of Rock Hill, graduated in 2004 from Rock Hill High School. Miss Devinney is a nursing student at York Technical College and employed by Riverview Medical Center, Rock Hill.

The son of Tim and Cindy Oakes of Iva, the bridegroom-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Crescent High School, Iva. Mr. Oakes is employed by Southern Management, Fort Mill, S.C.
