AME

Adams Chapel AME Church, West Main Street, Rock Hill: Hallelujah Festival, 2 to 4 p.m. today at the church, featuring games, food, prizes and fun. Free and open to the community. Deadline to apply for the Bishop Preston Warren Williams II scholarship for undergraduates and the Rev. Kenneth C. Taylor scholarship for high school seniors is Feb. 28. Applications are available at the church.

Hosanna AME Church, Rock Hill: Tables are still available for $5 for the church's community yard sale to be held at the corner of West Main and Wylie Streets. To get a table or to make donations to the sale, call the Rev. Freddie Paige, 803-322-0750.

Center Emmanuel AME Zion Church, S.C. 161, York: Benefit program, 6 p.m. Sunday with Big Sump and the Victory Singers and Brothers in Christ.

Chestnut Grove AME Zion Church: Farewell celebration services, 2 p.m. Sunday to mark the last service in the old church.

New Mount Olivet AME Zion Church, Dave Lyle Boulevard, Rock Hill: Missionary Department's Women's Conference, 6:30 p.m. Friday; 9 a.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday. Registration is $10 and the conference open to those 12 years old and older. Hats on Parade, 5 p.m. Sunday and is open to men and women. United AME Zion Church, Steele Street, Fort Mill: Women's Ministry workshops, 3 p.m. today with topics on health, insurance and teaching from the Word. Hallelujah Party, 6 tonight with games and prizes for children and food and fun for all ages.

ARP

Clover ARP Church, Kings Mountain Street, Clover: 20th anniversary celebration of the Wednesday prayer luncheon ministry, noon Nov. 11. The interdenominational ministry offers a free lunch, prayer time, singing and hearing God's word. About 50 people attend each week. Open to the community.

Ebenezer ARP Church, Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill: Family fall festival, 6:30 to 8:30 tonight in the gym with games, candy and fun. Admission is one bag of candy.

First ARP Church, East White Street, Rock Hill: Service of Remembrance, 4 p.m. Sunday to remember loved ones who have passed on. Congregation meetings after 8:30 and 11 a.m. worship Sunday. Foundations for the Family dinner and activities, Wednesday.

Neely's Creek ARP Church, Rock Hill: Harvest Festival for all ages, 2 to 4 p.m. today. Middle school retreat, Friday through Nov. 8 at Bonclarken. Prayer meeting, 7 p.m. Wednesdays.

Tirzah ARP Church, Mount Gallant Road, York: TirzahFest, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 7 with gift baskets, baked goods, canned goods, casseroles, soups and a silent auction. Breakfast biscuits will be sold from 8 to 11 a.m., and a turkey dinner with all the trimmings will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sandy River Baptist Association, Lower Division: Ministers,' Deacons' and Trustees' Wives and Spouses Auxiliary prayer breakfast, 8 a.m. today at Black Rock Baptist Church in Chester. The 123rd annual session will begin at 6 p.m. Sunday at Friendship Baptist Church in Chester. The session will continue through Nov. 6 at Friendship.
