Mount Olive Baptist Church, Center Street, Chester: One-day spring revival, 2:30 p.m. April 20 with the Rev. Donnie Dye of Zion Pilgrim Baptist Church. Music by the Zion Pilgrim Gospel Choir.

Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church, Mockingbird Lane, Rock Hill: Health Fair, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 19 featuring free blood pressure and blood sugar checks, a registered dietitian, social workers and discussion of safety issues.

Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Liberty Hill Road, Catawba: Investiture celebration in honor of the new pastor, the Rev. Robert P. White, and his wife, Rosalyn, today and Sunday. A banquet will be at 6 tonight at Hilton Garden Inn with the Rev. Joe Albert Bush of the National Baptist Convention. Morning worship at 11 a.m. Sunday will be led by the Rev. Johnny C. Nazareth Baptist Church, Rock Hill: The Rev. John McCoy will celebrate his ninth anniversary at 10 a.m. Sunday, with Sunday school at 9 a.m.

Abiding Presence Lutheran Church, York: Thrivent Financial for Lutherans through its Care in Communities program has given $400 to the transient fund of the Western York County Christian Ministerial Association. Paula Greiner, congregational coordinator for Abiding Presence, said the money will be used to aid those passing through the county who have a need for emergency funds.
