FORT MILL -- Sadie Robinson Day was Sunday at Sisk Memorial Baptist Church to honor Robinson, who recently retired after 50 years of service as the church receptionist.

The morning's activities included her favorite gospel music and Bible verses, a letter of appreciation from Fort Mill Mayor Danny Funderburk and letters from the York Baptist Association and S.C. Sen. Wes Hayes, R-Rock Hill.
