Purity Presbyterian Church, Wylie Street, Chester: The Renaissance Singers, Charlotte's premier chorale ensemble, will perform at 5 p.m. Sunday in the sanctuary as part of the Purity Concert Series. Founded in 2002 by Robert Pritchard, the group has performed at Piccolo Spoleto, Duke University Chapel and presents three main concerts in Charlotte. Although many members are professional musicians, the members are all volunteers and must reaudition each year. The group was scheduled to perform in May but unexpectedly canceled. The concert is free and open to the public.

Temple Presbyterian Church, North Beersheba Road, Clover: 35th annual homecoming, Sunday with Dan Weaver. Members, former members, and friends are invited. Bring a picnic lunch and beverage. The 65th meeting of the Beersheba Cemetery Association will be after worship.
