Tega Cay's 'Survivor' voted off reality show

- Theoden Janes

Sister Christian, oh the time has come.

Charlotte Christian radio talk show host Leslie Nease --dubbed "Mom" by some tribemates and "Sister Christian" by others -- was the third person voted off CBS's "Survivor: China" Thursday night.

Ultimately, Nease's teammates grew suspicious after she was "kidnapped" by the opposing tribe, which she quickly grew fond of -- in part because three Christians were members.

Following the 6-2 vote, Nease briefly turned to blow a kiss to her teammates. In her closing statement, the 38-year-old Tega Cay, resident said, "I always knew going into this game that I would be here as long as God wanted me to be here. Apparently, he's ready for me to go home."
