S.C. has absentee voting

Registered voters in South Carolina are eligible to vote absentee. By the middle of last week, South Carolina had collected 84 ballots from voters living overseas or in the military, according to a spokesman for the S.C. Election Commission. A story in Monday's Herald was unclear.
