York County cold cases

Here's a look at seven unsolved homicides and missing persons cases that appear in the deck:

James Boulware was fatally shot Aug. 26, 2007 at a Rock Hill apartment. A second victim was shot and seriously wounded but recovered.

Mahendrabhai "Omar" Patel was fatally shot Jan. 4, 2007 during a robbery at Fort Mill's Sunoco Petro Mart, where he was the owner and operator. A witness saw someone, who wore a dark-hooded sweatshirt that concealed the head and face area, running from the store.

Eva DeBruhl was last June 29, 1977 at her Rock Hill home, where the teen had been mowing the family lawn.

Aaron Campbell operated a wrecker service in Rock Hill. He went on a service call and disappeared. His body was found Feb. 21, 1989.

Baby Jane Doe, a female infant with red hair, was found floating in the Catawba River between Rock Hill and Fort Mill on Aug. 12, 1992. The Caucasian infant was hours old when she died from injuries sustained after birth but not from drowning.

Vicky Duncan, also known as Queenie, was found beaten to death in the Catawba area of York County on March 25, 1998. She was last seen alive in the Midtown section of Rock Hill.

Harry Caraway was the manager of the Yellow Freight terminal in Rock Hill. His body was found at Yellow Freight on April 11, 1993, an Easter Sunday. He had been fatally shot after an apparent struggle.
