Youth character group’s yard sale Saturday

C.R.A.V.E will sponsor a yard sale from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Emmett Scott Recreation Center in Rock Hill. Donations for the sale may be dropped off from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday at the center.

Family resource center

The Rock Hill Family Resource Center, for children ages birth to 18 who do not have insurance, will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday at 410 E. Black St., Rock Hill. For details or to make an appointment, call 803-322-6636.

York Parks and Recreation will sponsor a Valentine’s Dance from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Recreation Center, 21 White Rose Lane, York. The dance is for fourth- and fifth-grade students.
