--

A Rock Hill woman was arrested and accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl at a New Year's Eve house party, police say.

Sheretha Antoinetta Williams, 19, of 938 S. Confederate Ave. was charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct - forcible rape after she was found engaged in a sex act with a 17-year-old girl who was intoxicated and blacked out, according to a Rock Hill Police report.

Williams, the victim and several others were partying at a home on Rhea Street in Rock Hill on New Years Eve, the report said. They were all drinking underage.

The victim's friends told police that Williams was making advances toward the girl, and they kept pulling the victim away. Later, they found Williams and the victim in a bedroom engaged in a sex act, the report states.

One woman said she felt like Williams was taking advantage of the victim. A relative came to pick the girl up.

After an investigation, Williams was arrested Tuesday. She was released on a $5,000 bond.
