Ann Cate Loftus, 6, enjoys a chocolate dipped pretzel at Epiphany Lutheran Church as it hosted its Chocolate Festival from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the church on West Main Street in Rock Hill. The festival featured all things chocolate, including handmade candies by Epiphany Chocolatiers, ice cream cakes by PWÕs, bake sale and cupcake decorating for children 10 and younger.
