Thieves stole four vending machines from a Rock Hill motel in the process of being torn down.

The owner of Porter's Motel on Cherry Road reported that sometime Tuesday morning someone had taken two drink machines and two snack machines from the motel's lobby, according to a York County Sheriff's Office report. He didn't have any suspects in mind.

The motel is closed and is being torn down, the report states. There are no back doors to the motel, so it appears the suspects just walked in and took the machines.

There are no leads.
