NASCAR driver Danica Patrick will be in Rock Hill on Wednesday to greet fans and shop with local military families at Academy Sports + Outdoor.

Academy sponsors Our Military Kids, a program that provides grants to children of active military and wounded warriors, a $100 shopping spree and private meet-and-greet session with Patrick.

Patrick will meet and shop privately with the families before greeting fans outside the Dave Lyle Boulevard store during a public event at 5:30 p.m.

Starting at 3 p.m., the first 200 fans in line at the store will receive a pass to attend the session, which includes a free autograph session – one item and autograph per person.

Later, five people who won an “Off the Track with Danica Patrick” sweepstakes through Academy, will have a private dinner with Patrick in Rock Hill.

Academy Sports + Outdoor is at 2468 Cross Pointe Drive, off Dave Lyle Boulevard, in Rock Hill.
