Soccer spotlight: Anjel Brown returns to Rock Hill

Anjel Brown spent her 10th grade year at Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, but moved to California when her mother, former Winthrop assistant women's basketball coach Pam Brown, was let go with the rest of the coaching staff. Anjel Brown returned to Rock Hill this week with her Legends Breakaway U17 girls' soccer team as they compete in the United States Youth Soccer National Championships.
