York County Council Chairman Britt Blackwell will hold a town hall meeting in Rock Hill tonight to discuss constituent concerns and answer questions.
The meeting will be at 6 p.m. at Thursdays Too restaurant, 147 Herlong Avenue in Rock Hill.
Blackwell is a Republican serving his first term on the council representing District 6, which includes northern Rock Hill and the Newport area.
