For the second year, Westminster-Catawba Christian School students joined volunteer groups and members of the Rock Hill community working on Rock Hill homes that could benefit from a new coat of paint. Last year, the school had 20 students join them for their inaugural participation in the program, and this year over twenty five students have signed up.
We count it a privilege to be a part of this event in order to give back to the Rock Hill community and to share the love of Christ through our actions, said Billy Fisher, dean of students.
Each year since 1995, the Rolling in Rock Hill project has painted houses of individuals and families who are either physically or financially unable to do so themselves.
