FORT MILL — A Fort Mill man was cited for possession of marijuana after deputies conducting a prostitution investigation at a Carowinds-area hotel found drugs and paraphernalia, according to a York County Sheriff’s office report.
Deputies showed pictures of several women to a front-desk clerk at the Plaza Hotel, the report states, but after contacting a woman at the hotel found she was not whom police were seeking.
However, Kyle Christopher Jacobs, 25, of Fort Mill admitted to police he had marijuana, two pipes, and a grinder, the report states.
