Meet Sandra Oborokumo, city council candidate

Sandra Oborokumo was the only person to file for the Rock Hill City Council Ward 1 seat being vacated by Susie Hinton. The ward includes the Sunset Park, Friedheim Road, Finley Road and Boyd Hill neighborhoods of western Rock Hill.
