CLOVER - A 21-year-old Clover man was jailed under an $18,000 bond Saturday after police charged him with six counts of contributing to the delinquency of minors after a bust of a late-night party involving teen drinkers, according to police and jail documents.
At least one of the teens found at the Bethel Street site of the party told police that Kyle Deavon Zarcone had purchased the alcohol, said Capt. David Dover of the Clover Police Department. The teens involved were aged 15 to 19, Dover said.
Zarcone was also issued a ticket for simple possession of marijuana after police first smelled marijuana coming from the home, then found the drug, Dover said.
Clover officers found the party after responding to a call from a woman who saw flames in the backyard.
