The annual Boo-HaHa returned to Rock HillÕs Main Street Wednesday for a night of trick-or-treating, costume contest and a dance party. More than 25 businesses participated from 5:30 to 8 p.m. for children to trick-or-treat. For adults, a dance party with Chuck Boozer was held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. behind the Gettys Art Center.
