ROCK HILL — A Rock Hill man is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl and sending her several sexual phone and Facebook messages.

Rkeem Chiwacha Moffatt, 18, of 411 Frank St., is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. He was arrested Sunday, but was released the same day on a $50,000 bond.

According to a Rock Hill police report, a 40-year-old mother returned to her Carroll Street home on Oct. 22 but was unable to open the screen door because it was locked. Her daughter, 13, was inside and eventually unlocked the door while Moffatt ran out the back door.

The mother already knew Moffatt and her daughter were having sex after finding several sexual messages that Moffatt sent to the girl. She also gained access to her daughter’s Facebook account, where she saw more conversations about Moffatt and the girl’s sexual encounter, the report states.
