The SWAT team and Lancaster County Drug Task Force discovered guns, crack cocaine, marijuana and surveillance equipment in two Van Wyck homes early Wednesday morning.
Investigators seized the drugs, guns, electronic equipment and an unknown amount of cash at around 6 a.m. in two Steele Hill Road homes.
As a result of the search, Roger Ross, 57, of Van Wyck was charged with a second offense of distribution of crack cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, marijuana and crack cocaine, according to a Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office press release.
JC Hall, 73, of Van Wyck, was charged with distribution of crack cocaine and possession with intent to distribute crack, the release states.
Hall was also charged with possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a violent felony, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
“These two individuals are yet another example of how repeat offenders continue to cause our community a problem,” said Lancaster County Sheriff Barry Faile. “We have arrested both of these individuals before for drug charges and conducted several other search warrants at one of the locations.”
