ROCK HILL — A 54-year-old Rock Hill man accuses a masked teenage boy of throwing a rock at his car’s front windshield, causing a pane of glass to break.
On Saturday, the man told police he saw the teen, wearing a purple sweatshirt with a mask over his face, throw a rock at the front window of his car, parked at his East Black Street home. He said the masked teen, along with two others, went to his house earlier that day looking for his grandson, who wasn’t home.
The man said he believes two of the teens attend Northwestern High School, the report states.
