— Six Charlotte residents accused of prostitution were arrested this weekend in a York County Sheriff’s Office undercover sting at Fort Mill hotels.

Three alleged prostitutes, two alleged pimps and a third man were all charged with solicitation of prostitution, said Trent Faris, sheriff’s office spokesman.

The sheriff’s office’s Anti-Crime Team posed undercover and made contact with prostitutes online. The accused prostitutes and their pimps kept their appointments, Faris said, and showed up at the hotels, where they were arrested.

Officials will not say which hotels were targeted.

Those arrested include:

• Amanda Michelle Ammons, 25, also charged with possession of controlled substances.

• Gabrielle Green, 25

• Angela Marie Miller, 32

• Nathaniel Ashford, 56

• Alfred Lee Goggins, 25

• Jeremy J. Amiborski, 30

At least one of the men faces an additional drug charge because officials found him with marijuana, Faris said. Green and Ashford were still held Monday evening at the York County Detention Center on $470 bonds.
