Police: Rock Hill man had drugs, brass knuckles at store

A 19-year-old Rock Hill man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after police found him with several drugs, including methamphetamine or “ice,” and a set of brass knuckles.

Police arrested Garrett Gene Blackwell at the Adam’s Grocery store in Rock Hill and charged him with possession of methamphetamine, morphine and Xanax, according to a police report.

Blackwell also had an air soft gun in his car, the report states.
