Johnny Ramsey of Clover became a national figure of trying to fight city hall in 2012 when he was jailed for a weekend in October for too much junk. Ramsey has cleaned up some and still is doing it, but looks back on what he did and has no regrets of trying to help pay his bills by selling junk he collects. The town continues to monitor the cleanup and Ramsey is not out of the woods yet. If he fails to clean up to the satisfaction of the town, he could end up back in jail in 2013.
