Visiting McBee thumped Great Falls on Tuesday night in girls’ basketball action 58-21.
McBee led 8-4 with just over 2 minutes left in the first quarter when Analishia Phillips hit a 3-pointer to spark a 12-0 run in the last 120 seconds of the quarter. A three by Alishia Harmon with 5 seconds left put the Panthers up 20-4 heading into the second quarter, and they never relinquished the lead on their way to the Region 3-A road win.
Alishia Hallman led three McBee players in double figures with 20 points. Andrea Edwards led Great Falls with 20 points.

The Cyclones pressed from the opening tip and it resulted in plenty of transition baskets in a big Region 3-AAA win.
The transition game coupled with a solid offensive effort from the post players gave Chester a balanced attack.
Diamond Simpson led the way for Chester with 16 points. Porcelain Goldsborough added 12, while Shatterica Mayfield tossed in 10, including a pair of goals from beyond the arc.
