LANCASTER — Lancaster Police are investigating a shooting this weekend that left a Kershaw man in critical condition.
At 9:41 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the area near St. Paul and Pleasant Hill Streets in Lancaster in reference to a report of shots fired.
Officers found nothing in that area, but were advised a short while later that a gunshot victim had arrived at the Springs Memorial Emergency Room.
Further investigation revealed that the shooting actually occurred at 715 St. Paul Street. The victim in this case, Kevisis Emmanueal Anthony, 32, of Kershaw, is in critical condition.
