FORT MILL — Fort Mill Police are investigating reports of a man with children exposing himself in Walter Y. Elisha Park.

An unidentified caller reported the incident to police around 3:45 p.m. Sunday. She told police she saw a man wearing jeans, a red sweater and a hat standing behind a sign and masturbating, according to a Fort Mill Police report. The caller told police the man then was seen leaving the park with two small children. She told police she believes they left in a Chevy Blazer.

The woman gave police a license plate number that they traced to a vehicle in York. Police were unable to immediately locate the owner of the vehicle.
