— A Rock Hill woman was arrested and charged with assault on Tuesday — three days after police say she beat her cousin in the face with a vodka bottle and tore out her weave.

Suekethia Olandia Davis, 35, left jail Tuesday on a $1,000 bond after she was arrested on charges of third-degree assault and battery and damage to property.

Police were called to a Chestnut Street house Saturday after a 33-year-old woman said Davis, her cousin, grabbed a vodka bottle and hit her several times on the left side of her face, according to a Rock Hill Police report.

During the struggle, Davis also broke the legs on a coffee table, cracked a TV screen and ripped out the top part of her cousin’s weave, the report states. The victim said she was left with a swollen face and eyes.
