FORT MILL — A Belmont, N.C., man said another man exposed himself to him in the restroom of the South Carolina Welcome Center off I-77 in Fort Mill, according to a York County Sheriff's Office report.
The 50-year-old man told police he stopped at the center around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. When he entered the men's restroom, the unknown man exposed himself. The Belmont man said the same individual approached him before during other stops, according to the report.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 30s with a full beard and mustache, approximately 5' 8" tall, 160 pounds and driving a later model white foreign made car, possibly a Nissan, the report states.
