ROCK HILL — A Rock Hill man claims an unknown man he met on Craigslist sold him counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones, according to a Rock Hill police report.

The 27-year-old victim contacted the seller about the name brand headphones that were advertised as "brand new in the box" with a retail value of $220. The seller agreed to take $150 for them and they met Tuesday in the Target parking lot in Rock Hill, the report states.

When the victim got home, he realized the headphones were fake. He gave police the seller's phone number and description of the car.

An arrest has not been made.
