— The York County Sheriff's Office this week is holding active shooter response classes to train law enforcement on how to respond to an armed person who has used deadly force on victims and continues to be a threat to others.

The training is being held at Knights Stadium in Fort Mill, where deputies are going through classroom instructions and simulated scenarios.

On Wednesday, deputies participated in an active shooter search in the stairwell and other areas at the stadium.
