S.C. Republicans are rejecting Obamacare funds so that they can stuff $35 million into hospital systems that pay administrators multi-million-dollar salaries. The stated purpose is to pay the hospitals not to treat patients. The “free, underfunded clinics” that they will be paid to refer the patients to will receive only $10 million to treat these patients.

Three times as much to refuse treatment as to apply treatment? This is outrageous! Only the GOP could think this up.
