Police arrest two in York after fight with pool cue

Published: March 9, 2013

— Deputies arrested a man and a woman at a home on Shiloh Road in York late Thursday after a man attempting to pick up his son from his ex-wife was hit in the head with a pool cue, according to a York County Sheriff’s Office report.

The victim told police that after he was confronted by his ex-wife and another man, an argument ensued and the man “pulled a pool cue out from his pants” and swung it, hitting the man in the back of the head.

Investigating officers also found that that the two women involved had a “physical altercation” that included shoving and hair-pulling.

Deputies charged Larry Christopher McAllister, 35, and Heather Melton McCoy, 34, both of York, with assault, according to the report.
