— Sheriff’s deputies spent Wednesday afternoon looking for two gunmen involved in an armed robbery at 1st Patriots Federal Credit Union in Fort Mill.

The men, who were dressed in all black with hoods and masks, entered the bank off U.S. 21 near Regent Park just before 11 a.m. and demanded money, said York County Sheriff's spokesman Trent Faris.

They were given an undisclosed amount of money and then fled in a small silver car “with a dirty trunk,” Faris said.

Six employees were inside the bank during the robbery. They were ordered to get down on the floor, Faris said.

No one was injured.

Bank officials declined to comment.
